Our construction work has been very busy the last few months at Clancon Build.

We haven’t had much time to post our work lately. Our team have been working doing construction work on a number of sites including home renovations, new homes and home extensions.

Here is a quick view of what we have been doing while offline.

New vans!

We are extremely excited about our new vans. We have had some new design and much needed more vans. Look out for our motors around your area.

New builds

So far we have spent 7 days on this site and it looks amazing. Ready to get started on their home extension, building their walls and creating new floors. Plenty of garden space and perfect for a greenhouse or living room.

Exterior homes

Out in Dundrum there has been a magnificent transformation on the exterior of this home. A new porch, steps, roof and hardwood doors have been installed. The wood used matches the windows and the brick work looks amazing. Very proud of our team!

New Bathrooms

Sometimes bathrooms can be a big worry for people to have refurbished. Due to plumbing problems, it can be a daunting task for home owners. Although are bathroom below was fully refurbished hassle free. The new bathroom looks clean and crisp.

New Windows

Glazed windows are perfect for keeping the house warm. Below are newly installed triple glazed windows which will keep the heat in during these cold nights.

New Floors

A lot of space to cover for these floors. First we installed under floor heating and now the floor screed is being poured on top. The screed was spread across 47 metres, including the hall, sitting room, kitchen and dining area.
